On December 15 Tatarstan Investment Development Agency Chief Executive Taliya Minullina took part in the meeting of the Board of Directors of "Tatneftekhiminvest-holding." It was held in the House of Government of the Republic of Tatarstan by President of the Republic of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov. During the meeting discussed a number of proposals for the petrochemical complex of the republic.
Issues of financial stability of Tatarstan enterprises were discussed on December 15 by the members of the Economic Council under the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Tatarstan. The meeting was chaired by the President of the Republic of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov.
The event was held at the House of the Government of Tatarstan in the video conference regime connecting all the municipalities of the republic. Also, the meeting was attended by Prime Minister of Tatarstan Ildar Khalikov, TIDA Chief Executive Taliya Minullina, top officials of ministries and departments, supervisory bodies and enterprises of the Republic of Tatarstan.
Today in the Kazan Kremlin Tatarstan Investment Development Agency held a regular meeting of the Investors' Club with the participation of the President of the Republic of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov. In addition to the investors a meeting was attended by Agency Chief Executive Taliya Minullina, Mayor of Kazan Ilsur Metshin, the Prosecutor of the Republic of Tatarstan Ildus Nafikov, heads of ministries and departments and local branches of the federal government, the State Duma of Russia and the State Council of Tatarstan.
The meeting began with the presentation of the movie, where the results of 2015 in the investment field in the Republic of Tatarstan were shown, as well as the situation in the world economy (for example, the top five countries in the world with absolute terms of GDP to the current date by the data of IMF).
On December 14 at the House of the Government of Tatarstan held a joint meeting of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Tatarstan and the board of the Ministry of Interior of the Republic of Tatarstan on the issue of road safety. The meeting was chaired by President of the Republic of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov. The meeting was attended by Tatarstan Investment Development Agency Chief Executive Taliya Minullina.
Minister of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Tatarstan Artem Hohorin reported on the results of work on road safety for 11 months of 2015, noting the consolidation of the positive dynamics of the overall accident rate. He drew attention to the fact that every third accident caused by shortcomings in the maintenance of the road network. The minister also noted the problem of tracking the location of school buses and their compliance with speed limits.
During the visit of the delegation of the Islamic Republic of Iran led by General Directorate for Economy, Finance and Investment Centre CEO Reza Hosseini Garaguzlu in the Republic of Tatarstan on December 14 was held a round table with the participation of representatives of business circles of Tatarstan and Iran.
Tatarstan Investment Development Agency Chief Executive Taliya Minullina made a presentation of the industrial and economic potential of the republic. Iranian officials are interested in such fields as medicine and education, because at the Kazan Federal University has been working Centre for Iranian Studies since 2008.
"Traditionally, the Islamic Republic of Iran is close to Tatarstan due to the cultural solidarity. In March 2015, our delegation headed by President of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov visited Iran. This allowed to awaken a new wave of interest in work in Tatarstan."
At the end of the presentation held a series of targeted meetings. It is expected that negotiations on new joint projects will continue.
Tatarstan Investment Development Agency Chief Executive Taliya Minullina, a member of the Board of Trustees of Tatarstan Investment and Venture Fund, took part in its meeting chaired by Prime Minister of Tatarstan Ildar Khalikov. During the discussion, the Agency has raised the question about the economic effect of the contest for the Republic of Tatarstan and was designated the need to monitor the process of implementation of ideas.
The Annual contest "50 best innovative ideas for the Republic of Tatarstan" collects the scientific works of scientists, inventors, engineers and technical workers and students. The introduction of innovative solutions needed to maintain and enhance the competitiveness of Tatarstan: the emergence of new technologies, industries and services. This year's contest received 2273 applications - the highest number of applications over the 11 years of contest’s history. In the evening in "Korston" was honoring the winners.
Today in "Korston" Tatarstan Investment Development Agency organized a seminar on "Regional aspects of the application of federal laws on public-private partnership and concession agreements". The seminar was held with the aim of facilitating the implementation of federal legislation innovations in the field of public-private partnership (PPP). As it is known, from January 1, 2016 comes into force the Federal Law № 224-FZ dated 13 July 2015 "On public-private partnership, municipal-private partnership in the Russian Federation and the Amendments to Certain Legislative Acts of the Russian Federation".
Employees of Tatarstan Investment Development Agency participated in today’s Machine-building Cluster Forum 2015, held in Naberezhnye Chelny.
In 2014, in the Republic of Tatarstan under the auspices of the Kama cluster development center was formed machine-building cluster from local small and medium-sized industrial enterprises, which today brings together more than 72 participants. Today, about 350 forum participants gathered to discuss the results of the year and unfulfilled issues. The plenary session was held with the participation of the Nayor of Naberezhnye Chelny Nail Magdeev, Director of the Association of clusters and technology parks Andrey Shpilenko.
